Cartrack’s new INTEGRATE Electronic Monitoring Services (EMS) solution is currently being used by law enforcement organizations to effectively monitor persons-of-interest and enhance public safety.
Singapore, 9 April 2015 – Cartrack, the leading global provider of fleet management solutions, insurance telematics and vehicle tracking and recovery, will make its international debut of the INTEGRATE — an end-to-end managed Electronic Monitoring Services (EMS) solution — at INTERPOL WORLD 2015 in Singapore.
INTEGRATE allows law enforcement agencies to effectively monitor persons-of-interest, such as offenders on extended supervision, parole, home detention, community detention. They can also be prison inmates going through halfway care and are in the process of reintegrating into society.
The INTEGRATE system has three components: a Central Monitoring software, a set of field-monitoring devices, and management reporting. It can accurately detect a person’s presence in his or her residence via radio-frequency (RF) electronic equipment. Complementing RF monitoring with Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking, it offers more intensive and intelligent monitoring by understanding offenders’ routes outside of designated location. INTEGRATE EMS platform allows reliable collection of intelligent and actionable data from the electronic units. Regular reports are delivered, and alarms and violation alerts are triggered to multiple agencies in the justice and crime prevention industry.
Developed by Cartrack’s experienced and leading research and development team, INTEGRATE runs on the Company’s advanced and extensive telematics platform which currently optimises the management of over 440,000 vehicles globally.
Already adopted in Singapore, INTEGRATE provides Singapore Prison Service, a government agency under the Ministry of Home Affairs, with the technology required to better integrate persons-of-interest back into society.
